talyenI have renters. They passed their credit check pretty well. They will be moving in the weekend I am going to be up for a friend's wedding, which is perfect timing (and will give me the chance to get anything that doesn't fit this time).
I am becoming a landlord. Whoa.
This is all part of the plan, though: if I don't like my new job, I can come back when the renters are gone.
