More thoughts on ConFusions to come

talyenI came home with a cold (hmm... 5 days, 5 hours of sleep/day, 1 meal/day, ice-cold lobby ... maybe that was it?), so I'm "resting" at home and thinking about next year's ConFusion.
Granted, I've been thinking about it since Saturday past.
I spent some time talking with some previous ConFusion ConChairs last night and over the weekend, getting ideas for next year and for making adjustments, bringing in more people, keeping the good things going, and all that kind of stuff. I am very lucky to have access to so many previous conchairs, and so easily. I feel like I have the benefit of many, many years of experience that I didn't have to go through, myself.
Now I have to figure out what I want to do with all that information. And how to keep getting ideas and sharing them in the right ways for next year.
