talyenIf I did everything I wanted, I would:
Be going back to school, maybe in library science?
Have:
- a dog
- a garden
- a house in a walkable neighborhood
- an adopted child
... and be as debt-free as possible.
To that end, I am considering: selling my car and buying an ancient one (cash), buying a small house down here (or alternatively, moving into a 2-br apartment so I can at least get accepted into the foster parent program), taking classes so I can become a foster-to-adopt parent, and dealing with the job stuff after I have the other stuff under my belt so I can keep building up cash reserves.
I also want to have a nice, healthy relationship. Not sure how to start dating, but I've at least been set up with someone lately, and maybe I'll find time to try some other things along those lines.
