Thrift store shopping

talyenMy favorite thing in the world is getting clothes from the thrift stores. I think it has a lot to do with wanting to keep clothes only until I'm tired of them, and if I only paid $1 - $4 per item, I feel no guilt about giving them away again in less than a year when I'm tired of them, or they don't fit.
Plus, I love doing what I did last night: $48 = 7 pants, 1 skirt, 13 shirts, and 2 strappy tops. One pair of pants ended up being just hair too small (I was getting pants because nearly everything is too big again), and one shirt was enormous (how can they label so many different sizes "small"?
I am very much looking forward to doing laundry tonight. New clothes, yay!
The skirt is for dance. I can't imagine wearing skirts at work. Plus, the top I like with it is 'way sexy.
